Walk

To improve your health you can use your basic movement which is walking. People adopt complicated ways to improve their fitness. This can be possible by your routine activity in a simpler way. If you really want to work out with this you can stop using your vehicle for short distances and start walking.
It is beneficial in many ways:
You can maintain your healthy body weight.
It keeps you away from high blood pressure, heart diseases and type2 diabetes.
It will strengthen your bones.
It brings you into pleasant mood.
It also improves coordination and balance.
If you want to turn your normal walk into fitness pace then there are some purposeful movements that you need to follow.
You need to look straight forward and not at the ground.
Your neck shoulders and back should be relaxed.
Your arms should be swinging with little bend in your elbows.
Your stomach muscles should be tightened slightly with your back straight not arched forward or backward.
Finally you need to walk smoothly.
Choose right shoes and avoid uneven paths if you prefer walking outdoors. After the period of walking has been completed, walk slowly for five to ten minutes to cool down your muscles. After the muscles cool down stretch them gently.

The farther, faster and more frequently you walk the more benefits you can come across.

One should go for a physical check up at least once per annum. It is good for one’s own body by going for regular checkups. Do testicular and breast test exams and get doubtful moles checked out.
Get enough sleep:
