will be less chance of injury and the person will become more flexible.

One should

physical and mental performance. Eating breakfast helps to retain a healthy
weight and stable blood sugar levels as you are less likely to make a fuss of later
in the day.
Drink plenty of water
To maintain
a healthy body you should drink plenty of water because your body remains
hydrated. It is a natural cleanser of our digestive system and other organs. It
also helps in flushing toxins out through urine and the skin.
Do not take stress
Many
problems are cause due by taking over stress. It may even cause troubles to
digestive system and heart. Meditation, exercise, spirituality, doing what you
love, appropriate boundaries, enjoying the nature helps to lessen the harmful
effects of stress in the body.
