Drink Plenty of Water
Before you tear into a pack of potato chips or anything
which is related to junk food, it is advised to have some water first. Many people always confuse thirst with
hunger, for that reason they end up taking too much of calorie food, in the
situation where a glass of water is enough. If plain water isn’t sufficient you
can even have fruit infused herbal tea or flavored sparkling water.

Be selective about night time snacks
Mindless eating occurs only after dinner, when it is the
time to sit down and relax. Snacking by sitting in front of the TV is one of
the best ways to throw your diet. So, the better way shut away from this
problem is either close your kitchen door or see to that you have low calorie
snack.

Enjoy your favorite food
You can even maintain your diet by having your favorite
foods. You can be a slim shopper by having all your favorite foods. But your
food should be in a limit. Buy a fresh bakery cookie instead of a box, or a
small portion of candy instead of a whole packet.

Eat many mini meals
If you eat fewer calories than you burn, you’ll loose
weight. By at the time you are hungry; eating fewer calories becomes a
challenge. Studies show that people who eat 4-5 times per day are the ones who
control their weight. So to control your weight you should divide your daily
meals into mini meals and enjoy most of them earlier in the day. And the dinner
should be the last time you eat.

Spice it up
Add chilies or spices to your food for a taste so that it will
help you feel contended. "Food that is loaded with taste will rouse your
taste buds and be more satisfying, so you won’t eat as much. When you want to
have something sweet, suck a red hot fireball candy. It’s sweet, low in
calories and spicy.
